The experimental characterization of the mechanical and strength properties of ageing masonry structures remains a challenging task due to the complexity of the masonry material. Our research involves undertaking quasi-static and cyclic experimental studies on masonry samples and specimens, including:

  • Three-point bending tests 

  • Triplets shear strength tests

  • Crossed brick couplet tests

  • Compressive strength on wallets

  • Shear strength of wallets etc.
